The platform may use browser storage to remember preferences, draft/workflow state or device-specific settings. Users operating staff/admin functions should avoid shared public devices and should sign out when finished.

Payment providers, embedded media, mapping, messaging or other third-party services may use their own cookies or storage technologies when their services are deliberately loaded. Their own privacy/cookie information may apply.

If optional analytics, marketing, advertising or other non-essential storage/access technologies are introduced, the organiser/platform will assess whether consent or another statutory exception applies before enabling them.
